How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all data.
Why does the app need microphone access?
Homespoken teaches through speaking — the microphone is used for your conversations with the AI
tutor and for pronunciation practice. You can use text-based features without it.
The tutor's voice takes a moment to start.
The first spoken reply after a quiet period can take a little longer while our speech servers wake
up. The app retries automatically.
